Rebalancing discipline.

I sold my EVN shares today at 2.77. Note this is purely from staying within my maximum allowable asset allocations as touched on in the “about me” section of this blog. I remain positive on gold.

Am finding the portfolio washing out to almost neutral in terms of AUD and offshore exposure, which am not that happy about as we move over 75 against the USD. This time as a bit of a rebalance also but at the same time take me to about 5% underweight AUD I have shorted against the pound (George Costanza trade), and the Singapore Dollar. Stops are 10% away for now as maybe I replace these with physical trades if I can find the right offshore investments down the track.
