HUMM GROUP LTD (ASX:HUM) BOARD SPILL 2026

HUMM GROUP LTD (ASX:HUM) BOARD SPILL 2026

Meeting date is 19th February 2026 (make your proxy voting online though by Feb 16th), and it is very important all shareholders no matter what size make it a strong priority to get their vote in well before the date to have their say. It may be very close.

How do I vote at the HUM ASX general meeting in February 2026?

Further information on voting FOR ALL resolutions can be viewed via the below link:

Please direct any questions via the above link via the “Get in touch” area at the bottom of that website.

My additional comments regarding how to vote updated on Jan 17th

If you haven’t received any correspondence on this from the share registry (Xcend), I would also encourage shareholders to reach out with Xcend either by calling them or they are pleasingly quite responsive via their email contact us page. In fact, I got a response today being a Saturday with my temporary SRN to vote.

They might ask from you your registered name and address for the particular parcel of shares you currently own. I told them number of shares I had at the time too. I had some shares bought around xmas for an account which I’m probably away from my snail mail for a little bit. So found it easier just to contact them via their website and they are pretty quick to sort you out.

When you have a temporary SRN to vote from Xcend via email by this method it should be relatively simple to follow the instructions and vote straight away. From the voting area within the login, from a dropdown box you can nominate proxy “The convening shareholders – Mr Jeremy Raper” as an example, and vote FOR all resolutions. When you submit it, a message will come up that it is successfully saved, and it will show a voting reference number that you can make a note of.

To be clear, as proxy voting instructions will note, Your proxy voting instruction should be lodged by 5:00pm (Sydney time) on Monday, 16 February 2026.

It will likely be close, so don’t be that shareholder who looks at the results and realizes, if only I had of made the effort to vote then I could have actually changed the outcome!
